Comments: I saw this recipe on Pinterest and decided to give it a try for Fish Friday this week. The first modification was that I used Tilapia rather than Cod. Tilapia is a lot easier to find at my local grocery store and it’s my favorite fish. I also seasoned my tilapia with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. The fish was tasty, but I should have removed more of the excess flour because it was a little too thick. This also might be good with some unsweetened coconut mixed into the breading.DISCLAIMER: Not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.
