					<description><![CDATA[I have made these in the past using cream and butter instead of cream cheese.  I&#039;ll try the cream cheese next!  Yes, the texture is a bit smoother and thinner than mashed potatoes, but I love the flavor.  It really doesn&#039;t taste anything like raw radishes - and I really don&#039;t like raw radishes.  Boiling them takes away the &quot;bite&quot;.  Sometimes I add a little xantham gum to thicken it up more.
