					<description><![CDATA[I just found your page yesterday, I know it is going to help me with my weight loss journey.  However, I need to eat something every three hours, ideally, and can not go over 4 hours with out eating. I am a diabetic and that is what every doctor I&#039;ve ever seeen has recommended so all I have to do is add some 0 to very low carb snacks inbetween your wonderful meals.
