I usually make Salsa Chicken.  I throw some chicken breast in a crockpot with 1 cup of chicken bone broth and 1 cup of salsa and let it cook on low for about 8 hours or until cooked through.  OR you could just season the chicken salt, pepper, garlic powder, or your favorite spices.]]></description>

I was nervous it would taste eggplant-y cause I&#039;m not too into eggplant but it didn&#039;t have a strong eggplant flavor at all. I love the taco sauce. Great recipe!]]></description>
