I found a recipe for Five-Spice Pecans at epicurious.com and I revised it a bit to create a great Low-Carb snack. I substituted the 2 T & 1 t of brown sugar for 1 T of Splenda's Brown Sugar Blend. The result is a great savory snack that only has 1.5 Net Carbs per 1/4 cup serving. The recipe is really easy to make and is a great snack to satisfy a sweet tooth while also being filling and very low in carbs and calories. You can find the original recipe at epicurious.com under Five-Spice Pecan.
