I make turkey meatloaf with : One 20 oz package Jennie-O ground turkey (regular not lean), 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 Tbsp finely diced hot peppers, 1 Tbsp Bragg's aminos (tastes like soy sauce) and a little black pepper. I don't put anything on it. Moist and delicious. We eat this almost every week. We don't ever eat beef meatloaf anymore. Not because we didn't want to, but because we like this better.

I really like the idea of using dijon mustard in your meatloaf. I've been avoiding cooking one since I also grew up using ketchup. Might try your idea out :)
