Glad you liked it! I use a microplane to zest the lime so it&#039;s very fine. I could see how larger pieces wouldn&#039;t taste very good. I need to make some with the blueberries I have. Thanks for the reminder!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Wonderful recipe...i had no idea sorbet could be this easy and delicious. I used liquid EZ Sweetz and added one tablespoon of vodka to keep it from getting so hard. I didnt care for the zest tho and wont use it again. I didnt do it right and the zest pieces were too large. Cant wait to try blueberries and raspberries. Thanks for the recipe!]]></description>
