<div>I have now completed Days 18-20 of <a href="https://lconeday.blogspot.com/2012/08/whole30-day-0-and-homemade-sausage.html" target="_blank">Whole30</a>.  These were the days I was traveling for work so I did not do any cooking.  I tried my best to stay on the Whole30 Plan and it worked out well.  When dinning out at restaurants I had to ask how the food was prepared (oils, seasonings, etc.) but I was able to find things that I could eat.  This was the first time I came back from traveling and had lost weight.  Normally even if I eat low carb when I&#8217;m traveling I still come back with weight gain.  I kept my food choices simple so I did not have an allergic reaction.  I also brought pouches of salmon and tuna with me to eat while I was in the airport and for breakfast since I cannot eat eggs.  </div>
</div>
<div>
<div>
<div></div>
</div>
<div>
<div>My meals for Day 18 were:</div>
</div>
<div>
<div>
<div></div>
<div>Breakfast:<a href="https://lconeday.blogspot.com/2012/08/whole30-day-15-prosiutto-wrapped.html" target="_blank"> Chicken Sausage and &#8220;Apples&#8221;</a>
</div>
<div>Lunch:  Leftover Pumpkin Chili over Turnip Fries (My flight was not until later)<br />Snack:  Tuna, carrots and cucumbers (I was switch time zones so I needed a larger snack)</div>
<div>Dinner:  Burger with side salad (oil and vinegar)</div>
<div>
</p>
<div>My meals for Day 19 were:</div>
</div>
<div>Breakfast:  Tuna with cucumber and carrots</div>
<div>Lunch: Sashimi (minus the rice) no veggies (they were all covered in sauce)</div>
<div>Snack:  Cucumbers and celery</div>
<div>Dinner:  Prime Rib with Garlic Spinach</div>
<div>
<br />My meals for Day 19 were:</div>
<div>Breakfast: Tuna with cucumber and carrots</div>
<div>Lunch: Salmon with cucumber and carrots</div>
<div>Dinner:  Tuna with cucumber and carrots</div>
<div></div>
<div>So the last day was pretty boring, but I was flying most of the day and it was convenient.  The plan was to keep it simple so I could lose any bloat I was holding.  It definitely worked!  I don&#8217;t have a recipe for you today, but check back tomorrow. The picture was my view at dinner on Day 19 at Laguna Beach.  </div>
