December Low Carb Weight Loss Challenge How to Enter:
- Set your personal goal to achieve by December 29, 2012. Whether it is to lose 10 lbs or lose 5 total inches. You set a goal that works for you, but it has to be something measureable that you can show through pictures. According to River Front Times, you can take advantage of their fat burner supplements to help you in your goal.
- Send a picture to lowcarboneday[at]gmail[dot]com with the goal you set for yourself AND a picture showing your initial starting point. Send the picture of the scale or the measurement on the measuring tape. Send whatever will show the measurement where you are starting out.
- Sign-up for the Living Low Carb…One Day at a Time Newsletter for recipes, announcements, and low carb news.
- Check out this great low carb cookbook to help you make delicious recipes to stay on track.
- Come back to the blog and enter with the Rafflecopter widget below (this helps me keep track of the entries)
- Work hard and check-in to the Living Low Carb…One Day at a Time Facebook page every Monday with weekly updates.
