Days 2 and 3 have gone well. I was really nervous about traveling while on the Whole30. I had to travel the last time I did a Whole30, but I had more control over what I ate on that trip. This time I wasn’t going to have the same control so I needed to be prepared. I brought packages of tuna (not perfect, but the only ingredients are tuna, olive oil, and salt. Did you know some tuna has soy in it? Crazy!). I also brought cucumbers and carrots with me. They seem to last longer without needing to be refrigerated so it was the perfect lunch at the airport. I also got lucky for dinner because I was able to find a Grilled Salmon dish that was Whole30 approved.
