Back when I was doing my Whole30, I decided to try lamb for the first time. I had read that ground lamb was good for beginners that aren’t used to the flavor of lamb. I ended up making Lamb Burgers and I was pleasantly surprised that the burgers were full of flavor, moist, and delicious. I will definitely be trying more recipes with lamb….I’m thinking Lamb Chops or Rack of Lamb.
What’s your favorite lamb dish? I’d love to hear about it in the comments below. 🙂
Enjoy!
