I saw the recipe on TV and thought it would make a delicious low carb dinner.
Cover the chicken with the mixture and bake until cooked through (20-25 minutes).

Comments: I went a little high on the carb count to be on the safe side for the lemon zest and spices. The chicken had a nice flavor and turned out really juicy. I forgot to mix the sage into the mixture, but I sprinkled some dry sage on top. It says to use a pinch of cayenne, but I couldn’t really taste the cayenne after a pinch so I added more (and I don’t like my food too spicy). The lemon zest really came through and added a freshness to the dish. This was a wonderful way to jazz up the classic chicken breast. Thanks Paula!
