Have you ever wanted to learn how to make coconut flour? The other day I showed you how easy it is to make homemade coconut milk (check it out here if you missed it) without any guar gum or other added preservatives. After making the coconut milk, the coconut pulp is leftover and can be turned into coconut flour. It’s a great way to get the most out of the money you spent on the shredded coconut! In order to make coconut flour it requires drying out the coconut which I used the dehydrator I got for Christmas (you can find the one I used here). An oven would also probably work, but you would want to use the lowest temperature and adjust the drying time.
After the coconut was dried I just ran it through a blender to powder the coconut and make a flour. It’s so easy!
