Linda Sue’s Seoul Chicken

Last night’s cooking adventure was Linda Sue’s Seoul Chicken.  The original recipe can be found here:  http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/seoul_chicken.html

Picture of the Seoul Chicken that I made:

Net Carb Count*:
7 net carbs (for the sauce)

Comments: The Seoul Chicken marinade/sauce had such a wonderful flavor!  It reminded me of sesame chicken.  The only differences from Linda’s recipe is that I used boneless chicken thighs and used a 1/2 tsp of dried onion instead of green onions. I served mine with a veggie stir-fry made with zucchini, mushrooms, and green beans.  I loved the taste of the sauce so much that I’m planning to make a few variations of this recipe, so stay tuned!
