It’s the season of Lent, so that means Fish Fridays! I made this tasty Lemon Pepper Tilapia for dinner! The following ingredients were used to coat the tilapia:
1 oz pork rinds, crushed (about 1/2 cup of crumbs)
2 tsp of Lemon Pepper seasoning (Mrs. Dash)
1 Tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp of garlic powder
You will also need the following ingredients for this recipe:
2 Tilapia Fillets
Heat a skillet (with 1-2 tbsp of oil) on medium high. Combined the ingredients for the coating mixture. Coat all sides of the tilapia with the coating. Sear the fillets on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Comments: This was another quick and simple recipe! I loved the lemon pepper flavor on the tilapia! I used Mrs. Dash seasoning blend since the pork rinds and parmesan cheese have a lot of salt.This content will be shown after all post
