It’s been a busy week so I made several dishes that were easy to throw together. One dish, Seared Pork Chops, is on my list of induction friendly meals. Very quick and easy!
I used the following ingredients to coat the pork chops:
4 Tbsp of mayo
1 Tbsp of dijon mustard
1.5 tsp of garlic powder
You will also need the following ingredients for this recipe:
2 Bone-in Pork Chops
Preheat the oven to 425 F and heat a skillet (with 1-2 tbsp of oil) on medium high. In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the coating mixture. Coat all sides of the pork chops with the coating. Sear the pork chops on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Place the seared pork chops in the dish and bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
