7 Ways to Use Up Thanksgiving Leftovers

Thanksgiving is a holiday were food is a major part of the festivities.  People usually go all out for Thanksgiving, which means lots of delicious leftovers to munch on the rest of the week.  I decided to put together a round up of low carb and paleo friendly recipes to help you use up all of those leftovers. Enjoy these 7 creative ways to use up those leftovers!

Kim over Nearly Natural Mama, used her Thanksgving leftovers by making this Paleo Turkey Hash (pictured above).

Ciarra over at Popular Paleo created this Cauliflower Dumplings with Creamy Chicken Soup recipe, which can easily be made with turkey.  Just save some turkey meat and the turkey carcass so you can make a flavorful broth.  Get the recipe over at Popular Paleo (pictured above).

Kelly from Primally Inspired created a Turkey, Apple, Avocado, and Walnut Lettuce Wrap topped with Fresh Cranberry Sauce in order to use up her Thanksgiving leftovers.

Use that leftover turkey (rather than the ground turkey in the recipe) and sweet potatoes to make this Turkey Sweet Potato Pie from Stacey over at the Beauty and the Foodie.

Thanksgiving-Sandwich

Stephanie over at Stupid Easy Paleo created Sweet Potato “Buns” to make a Thanksgiving Leftovers Sandwich.  Get the recipe here!

This Pumpkin Chicken Chili from Mellissa over at I Breathe…I’m Hungry can easily be made with leftover turkey and make it Paleo by leaving out the chickpeas.
