The last half of 2012 was s struggle with a roller coaster of weight gain and loss. A reached a point where even though I was still following a low carb diet I was gaining and losing the same 10 lbs. Very frustrating! Back in July I started to gain extra weight that wouldn’t come off so I decided to make a change by doing a Whole30. I loved the results, so when they same thing was happening over the last few months I decided that January would be a perfect time for another Whole30. I’m excited about this Whole30 because I will be able to create some delicious low carb and Paleo dishes great for winter time. It’s a very different from last time which was in the heart of the South Carolina summer. I’m determined to figure out why I’ve been experiencing some abnormal result for weight loss. It could be a food allergy, which is why the Whole30 will be a great time to do an elimination diet to figure out what I’m allergic to. Wish me luck!
